Proform is a renowned fitness brand that offers excellent machines for an affordable price. They’ve revamped the older and popular 325 model to create the new 325 CSX+, complete with extra features and improvements.
Assembly
First things first, the assembly of the 325 CSX+ is straightforward thanks to the clear and easy to follow manual. The main frame comes pre-assembled, and you only need to attach the support stabilisers, console, seat and pedals.
In total, the entire assembly process will take about 45 minutes, but it goes more smoothly when two people work on it. You’ll especially be grateful for the extra set of hands when you’re attaching the front and rear stabilizers. Having someone hold the bike while you put the bolts in place will save a lot of headache.

Proform’s models in the past have featured a factory grey colour, but this sleek silver and black design makes it look more expensive than it is.

Resistance

Comfort
One minor drawback is that the backrest of the seat is fixed. However you can still adjust the distance to the pedals and handlebars by moving it along the rail. The mechanism is easy to use, and with no pre-fixed positions, you can lock the seat at the best distance for your needs.
Despite the backrest being at a fixed angle, ProForm knows what they are doing and it is still comfortable.
Overall, the 325 CSX+ is comfortable and has a good riding position. From the tall to the short everyone found a position that suited them.

The console’s 5-inch electronic display features large, bright characters that are easy to read. Workout info including speed, time, distance, resistance, calories burned, RPMs and pace will be displayed as well as your pulse while using the EKG hand grips. It also has a scan feature that will continuous cycle through the different metrics.
You have 25 different built in workout options, including a manual setting and 24 pre-set workouts categorized by calories burned, time limit, or intervals. Even without subscribing to the iFit service, there are plenty of workouts available that are basic but effective. So you won’t get bored working out anytime soon.
