Features and Performance

Out of the box, you’ll notice that this bike is a little heavy at 40kg, but extremely durable as a result. Luckily, there are wheels in the front for easy transport if you need to assemble and move this bike to a different location. A beautiful white color, you’ll notice something very different about this model – it doesn’t require electric.

Adjusting the bike for your first ride is simple. The handlebars have a vertical adjustment so that you can move them up and down. You can also adjust the angle of the handlebars for maximum comfort and control. However, you’ll want to adjust the seat properly first so that you can find the exact height the bars need to be.

The seat features both a vertical and horizontal adjustment. This allows you to move the seat up and close, or farther away from the handlebars as you see fit.

Using the resistance lever, you will be able to make cycling harder or easier.

As mentioned earlier, you are the motor for this bike. Using a flywheel design, you’ll only need to insert a battery to control the digital display and your body is responsible for the rest. This is a major advantage over other models as there are fewer parts to break.

The one downside to this bike is that the pedals are small. For users with particularly large feet, you’ll want to change out the pedals for something a little bigger. This is an easy fix and one that won’t be an issue for most people.

When you are riding, the noise from the flywheel is very low. The only time noise may be an issue is if you put the resistance very high, but this is something that will be experienced with all exercise bikes.

With the on-board display, you’ll be able to monitor speed, distance, time and calories burned.

What more could you ask for in a mid-range bike? At such a great price, the CrystalTec Aerobic Training Exercise Bike excels in virtually all areas.
